Do I need a credit card to start? +
No. The free trial needs no card — you can run a rank scan on your own business and see your grid before you decide to pay.
How do I check where my business ranks on Google Maps? +
Add your location, open Local grid scans, enter a keyword and pick a grid size (3×3, 5×5 or 7×7). We search from every point on the grid and show a colour-coded map of your real position.
Do I have to connect my Google Business Profile? +
Not for rank tracking or citation checks. Connecting your profile adds performance data, review replies and posting — you can start without it and connect later.
How do I change or cancel my plan? +
Open Billing in your account to change your plan or manage your subscription through Stripe. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
How often should I run a rank scan? +
Monthly is enough for most businesses — local rankings move slowly, and every scan is saved so you can compare month over month.
Can I import backlinks I built myself? +
Yes. On the Backlinks page, paste your links into “Import backlinks you have built”. They are tracked from day one and marked self-reported until a crawler verifies them.
How do I get a receipt or invoice? +
Receipts are emailed automatically after payment, and you can download the invoice or receipt for any order from My orders.
